1/11/2026
9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.
Topic: Education at 10 -- Joshua Kirnie presents an NLP masterclass built just for hypnotists. 3 dead-simple, client-ready processes: one that instantly pulls clients (or yourself) out of mental spin and rumination; one that rips out old limiting beliefs at the root and plants empowering ones in their place; and one that locks in the future self so deeply the nervous system drives toward it on autopilot - with no excuses. Joshua is the Director of Alternative Hypnosis, Founder of North Country Hypnosis, and Power & Light Hypnosis. He also leads Destiny Success and Development, a corporate consultation firm for high-stakes performance and influence.

3/8/2026
9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.
Topic:  Education at 10 -- Eric Damon, NGH Cheif Executive Officer --  He'll share what the NGH is doing for next steps and will take questions.
BIO: Eric Damon serves as Chief Executive Officer of the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH), bringing lifelong connection, executive leadership experience, and deep respect for the organization’s legacy.
As the son of Dr. Dwight Damon, Eric grew up immersed in the Guild’s mission. From an early age, he witnessed the dedication and strategic vision that helped professionalize hypnosis and strengthen the NGH’s ethical and educational standards. His early involvement in the1980s gave him firsthand appreciation for the Guild’s members and its impact on the profession.
Professionally, Eric built a diverse entrepreneurial career. He began with the family entertainment business, touring New England in a magic and illusion show with his father, sister Melody Bachand, and wife Lisa Damon. He later founded the private ambulance company, Care Plus in his early twenties, growing it from a single vehicle into a 150-employee, 50-vehicle operation generating $13 million annually. After 32 years of
leadership and community service, he successfully sold the business.
Throughout those years, Eric remained closely connected to the NGH, providing operational and strategic guidance. After selling his company, he joined the Guild full-time at Dr. Damon’s request to help position the organization for the future. Following his father’s passing, Eric stepped into the role of CEO with determination and gratitude. He is committed to strengthening member resources, expanding continuing education, growing community engagement, and honoring the NGH’s 75-year legacy while embracing innovation.

Eric believes the NGH exists because of its members. Guided by the principles of service, integrity, and professional advancement, he is dedicated to ensuring the Guild continues to lead the hypnosis profession for generations to come.

John Farina will share a new way to interpret clients’ needs and motivation through seemingly simple, magic questions and "Cinema therapy" -- what they really tell us about the client and how to best leverage that info for change through hypnosis.

Robbie Hinchey will present an overview of the HEAL program. Our back-up presentation will be Vicki Kupferman, Hypnosis Blossoms — Using BACH Flower remedies as a support to hypnosis sessions. How often our clients' issues are rooted in fear, worry, or other strong emotions! BACH flower remedies have been used for more than 90 years to gently restore mind/body balance, bringing peace and calm to clients to aid deep self-healing.

The importance of taking the time to heal Yourself. Melisa Billings will share a healing technique she developed to help heal herself -- utilizing meditation, cleansing, intent, and more.

It's always good to teach clients about self-healing! Rebecca Corcoran and Melisa Billings will share their knowledge of foods and ways to eat to help resolve issues held in and related to our Chakras, our body's 7 major energy centers. We'll also take some time for discussion/sharing and planning about the upcoming convention.

We will share highlights, experiences, and info gathered from the 2022 in-person Convention. Convention debrief and recap.
